Terms governing the use of the Consentio platform.

1. Scope
These terms of service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Consentio platform, published by Anorac Studio Sàrl, a limited liability company under Swiss law, based in Fribourg. By creating an account or using Consentio services, you unconditionally accept these ToS.
2. Description of services
Consentio is a SaaS cookie consent management platform that offers: — A customizable JavaScript widget for consent collection — A dashboard for domain management and customization — An automatic cookie scanner — A privacy policy generator — Statistics and consent logs — A developer API
3. Registration and account
To use Consentio, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
4. User obligations
By using Consentio, you agree to: — Use the service in accordance with applicable law — Not attempt to circumvent the technical limits of the service — Not use the service for unlawful or immoral purposes — Keep your account information up to date — Respect intellectual property rights
5. Pricing and payment
Consentio offers several pricing plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business). Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding taxes. — The Free plan is free with no commitment — Paid plans are billed monthly or annually — Payment is made by credit card via Stripe — Invoices are available in your dashboard — In case of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended after notification
6. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. You remain the owner of your data. Consentio does not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Liability
Consentio is provided "as is". Anorac Studio Sàrl strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Anorac Studio Sàrl shall not be held liable for: — Indirect or consequential damages — Service interruptions due to external causes — Improper use of the service by the user — Legal compliance of the user's website
8. Intellectual property
Consentio, its source code, design and documentation are the exclusive property of Anorac Studio Sàrl. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited. The Consentio JavaScript widget is licensed to you as a non-exclusive right of use, limited to integration on your websites within the scope of your subscription.
9. Termination
— You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard — Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period — Anorac Studio Sàrl reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these ToS — Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
10. Modifications to the ToS
Anorac Studio Sàrl reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these ToS shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fribourg, Switzerland.
